Wednesday will resume the series started last Wednesday, "How to be a Physics Undergraduate in 10 Easy Steps."

In general site news, I now have the "About" link at the top of the page working. The rest of them can't possibly be far off, so stay tuned. [an error occurred while processing this directive] 10/25/06 [an error occurred while processing this directive] Sorry for the somewhat late update. Two physics tests and a philosophy paper this week do not a regularly scheduled update make. Thanks to the timing of that with X-Prize Cup last week, I was caught unprepared. The good news for you all is that I currently have the rough sketch of no fewer than 4 more comics done as we speak, and by the end of the weekend, all those should be inked, giving me a buffer with which to make sure I get regular updates to you.

Hopefully you'll all notice that I inked this comic. I also spent a good two hours with it in photoshop. I'm still learning how to make things look good in it, but I think I'm doing pretty well for a beginner.

As always, please give me whatever feedback you have. This may be comic 22, but I'm still just getting into this whole webcomic thing. Let me know what you want, and I'll see what I can do about giving it to you. Nothing overly excited happened while I was there; no prizes were claimed. Armadillo Aerospace did come close to winning the Lunar Lander Prize (Level 1,) but it broke on the return trip. Highlight of the trip was probably (other than finding out I booked the cheapest airline tickets of our group) meeting Anousheh Ansari and getting my picture taken with her. I learned a lot on the trip too, such as…

Never pee on the side of the I-10. If you do, some smartass will take a picture of you and put it on the internet.

Never try to drive under a bridge that is shorter than your vehicle is tall.

If you do, your rear axle will end up a few dozen meters in front of your front axle.

This is the best road sign in the entire state of Arizona.

And finally, know your states of matter before asking people to donate.
